Risk Assesment
Before we started filming we took into account certain risks that would be presented and how to deal with those risks.

Prevention
1)Follow footpath and do not go too close to river 2)Walk carefully and do not unnecessarily run, wear sensible shoes 3)Preform patch test with fake blood and make up on arm of those who will be wearing it. Make sure nobody has every had any reactions to contact lenses 4)Make sure actors know to be careful when the blood is in their mouth and only give them small amounts, make sure they spit it out straight after the shot is finished 5)Abide by road safety rules, cross at traffic lights, walk on the pavement,and look both ways when crossing the road 6) Avoid and do not start fires 7)Avoid dogs while filming if dog keeps coming over politely ask owner to remove dog as filming is in process 8)Politely inform people that filming is in process and ask them to leave 9)Avoid any construction or other buildings 10)Do not go near the edge of the roof, stay in the middle |
What to do if it happens
1)Safely retrieve person from river. If irresrievable call for help and also call police or an ambulance. next to forest we 2)Make sure any injuries are uninfected, if they are and look serious go to emergency room 3)Immediately remove products which could be causing the reaction and if serious go to the emergency room 4)Perform Heimlich maneuver, give them water and if that doesn't work call ambulance 5)Call ambulance if serious 6)Try to put out fire and if that doesn't work call fire brigade 7)Slowly walk away 8)Threaten to call police 9)Call ambulance if necessary 10)Go to the emergency room if injury is serious |
